SHIPPING

• Marquise Manor ships through our trusted delivery partners.
• We ship our products within India.
• We also ship internationally  and offer different shipping options as applicable.
• Marquise Manor insures each product during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
• The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.

SHIPPING RATES

• We offer free shipping all over INDIA*,
• INTERNATIONAL Shipping costs will vary depending on the purchased product, as well as the method and location of delivery. You can email us on info@marquisemanor for international delivery with the selected product, address and zip code.

SHIPPING TIME

  • Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each product is available on the product page. 
  • A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships.  
  • Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 7-14 days. 
  • Items that are made-to-order or customised will be shipped within 45 – 90 days

DOORSTEP SERVICE DELIVERY

The ordered products shall be delivered to customers as per the below conditions.

  • For Residences / Offices situated on Ground Floor, Products would be handed over to Doorstep.
  • For Multi-level buildings, Products would be placed in a secure lobby area after informing the Security desk.
  • Arrangement of manpower to carry the furniture inside any space would be at customer’s sole responsibility.
  • Assembly instructions if any would be provided along with the product.
  • Kindly check our ‘Measure your Space’ video before ordering any Product; easy steps to ensure Size adaptability & delivery are suggested in it.
  • Marquise manor or our logistics partner would not be responsible if the furniture you ordered does not fit into your home.
